Mondays at 10am and
Fridays  at 11am in the Oxford Jaycee Hall - 8 sessions for $70 or casual $14
At the moment the classes are booked out. But you can be on the waiting list.
NEW: Tuesday 30 April at 5.15pm

One hour work out: Exercises to stretch and get longer and stronger.
Starting from opening the joints and exercising muscles, bones & tendons,
tone the tummy with Pilates to rounding up with a relaxing 5 minutes finish.
Beautiful music to chill out during the whole time.

For all fitness levels - I will offer modified options

Mondays 10 -11am & Fridays 11am-12pm in the Jaycee Hall, Oxford, Main Street
Booking is necessary. Limited space.
When possible bring a Yoga mat.
