Fridays from 9th November at 11am in the Oxford Town Hall, back room - 5 sessions for $48 or casual $14
Fri 9th Nov (limited space) and Mon from 12th November is booked out. But you can be on the waiting list.

One hour work out: Exercises to stretch and get longer and stronger.
Starting from opening the joints and exercising muscles, bones & tendons,
tone the tummy with Pilates to rounding up with a relaxing 5 minutes finish.
Beautiful music to chill out during the whole time.

For all fitness levels - I will offer modified options
