Yoga fitness workout

One hour fitness work-out with elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Qigong

Get fit for the hot season! Starting with movements of Tai Chi to warm up and to bring you into your body.
Continue with Yoga and Qigong to open up, balance and strengthen the body, including hips and joints.
With Pilates we tone the key muscle groups.
And we finish with a relaxation practice.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise discipline that is fantastic for strengthening muscles, promoting movement control, and building endurance.

This is for Beginners as well as experienced students.
I will offer modified options.
When you haven't done any exercises for a while, it mostly takes 3 sessions to get used to the pace. After the 3rd session you will know if this is you or not.

The classes are open for bookings.

The term is 8 sessions (8 weeks) for $70 or $14 casual. When the term already started, you can still book.
