One hour fitness work-out with elements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Qigong
Get fit for the hot season! Starting with movements of Tai Chi to warm up and to bring you into your body.
Continue with Yoga and Qigong to open up, balance and strengthen the body, including hips and joints.
With Pilates we tone the key muscle groups.
Free class. Please book your spot due to limited space. Please arrive at least 5 minutes earlier.
The weekly class starst the following Monday at 10am in the Jaycee Hall. Tuition fee: 8 sessions $70 or $14 casual.
