Taoyin - a Chinese answer to western physiotherapy to achieve a healthy structure in the back
A sequence of easy to learn postures strengthen the tendons and the abdomen, detoxifies the kidneys and activates a good energy and blood circulation. It will energize and relax the lumber area, the lower back and the psoas muscle.
Stretching and breathing exercises – The praxis of Taoyin – a Chinese answer to western physiotherapy to achieve a healthy structure in the back – consists of breathing- and stretching exercises, which will be performed in lying or sitting postures.
Tantien Qigong - The exercises strengthen the tendons and bones, and create an inner “Qi pressure“ in the lower abdomen. This is the seat of our “life battery”, called the ”Original Force” (or Tantien). This will increase the capability to collect energy in it.
The exercises bring inner strength and on the other, they will help to relax inwardly at the same time. See the flyer on the right side bar
