Two Sundays with two different classes on each day in Oxford:
Sunday 10th November and Sunday 8th December
Yoga 10am-11am and
Fitness workout 11.20am-12.20pm
I recommend to attend both seminars
1 - Yoga will help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you relax and release tension. The class is a journaey through a slow-paced style of Yoga (Hatha Yoga) with aspects of Tao Yoga and meditaion at the end of the class. Gabrielle will also offer correction of the postures.
2 - Fitness workout with Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates starts with movements to warm up and to bring you in your body. We will warm up the body with Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga. Pilates will tone the key muscle groups (like the core). The class will help to leave you feeling long and strong, calm and centred.
Gabrielle will also offer modified options in both classes.
