Fridays  at 11am  - the class is open for registration - duration 1 hour
Mondays at 10am  - the class is open for registration - duration 1 hour
NEW Wednesdays at 5.25pm  - the class starts on 4th November, save your spot now - duration 50 minutes

Tuition fee: $75 for the term (8 weeks) or casual  $14

One hour work out: the classes help to leave you feeling long and strong, calm and centred.
Starting from opening the joints and exercising muscles, bones & tendons,
tone the tummy with Pilates to rounding up with a relaxing 5 minutes finish.
Beautiful music to chill out during the whole time.

For all fitness levels - I will offer modified, as well as advanced options

ALL classes are in the Oxford Jaycee Hall or in the Oxford Town Main Hall
In case the term has already started, you can still enrol. Booking is necessary.
When possible bring a Yoga mat.
